After you have signed up and you log in, you will see a drop down menu on the top right of your screen.  Click on that, and then click on "User Profile."  From that screen,  you can change your current password.

After you have signed up and you log in, you will see a drop down menu on the top right of your screen.  Click on that, and then click on "Categories."  From that screen,  you can change update your genre preferences.

Please check first to see that you are using the correct password, and that you have typed it in a case sensitive fashion.  If that still does not work, please contact us at support@ebookhounds.com.

The easiest way to do this is to simply sign up with your new email address.  You can always change your email preferences for either account in your account settings tab under "Notifications."

We have over twenty-five genres of books to choose from, but are always considering more.  If you think we should add another genre, then please email us at admin@ebookhounds.com.

When there are no currenlty promoted ebooks in a particular genre, that genre will not show up on the website.  We hope that this does not occur that often!

Because the ebooks we list are time-limited promotions by their authors, we unfortunately cannot provide specific books at specific times.  

Every book listed on eBookHounds will have a link to major retailer(s).  Just click on the link below the ebook and download from your favorite retailer!

You sure can, but because eBookHounds does not actually sell any books, you will have to make the request of the retailer where you downloaded the ebook.

There could be a variety of reasons.  First, check to make sure emails from eBookHounds are not getting blocked by a spam filter or sent to your junk email inbox.  Second, make sure you have set your preferences on our website to receive Bailey's Daily Deal emails either once a day or once a week.  Finally, if that all fails, contact us at support@ebookhounds.com.

If you'd like to unsubscribe from eBookHounds' emails, you can simply access your account settings and change your email preferences to "Never."  Note: You can also change your email preferences from Daily to Weekly, to decrease the number of emails you receive.  This is always in your control. You can also contact us at admin@ebookhounds.com and we will (sadly but respectfully) inactivate the account you created.

If you ordered an ebook and it does not seem to be dowloading to your reading device, please contact the retailer where you ordered the book from.
